These are the type where short forms are definitely made up best by each person's mind.

hry = he recently
sry = she recently
tpry = the patient recently

hoz = he occasionally
soz = she occasionally
tpoz = the patient occasionally

hrz = he reportedly
srz = she reportedly
tprz = the patient reportedly

hjy = he apparently
sjy = she apparently
tpjy = the patient apparently

hsuy = he subsequently
ssuy = she subsequently
tpsuy = the patient subsequently

hhsuy = he has subsequently
shsuy = she has subsequently
tphsuy = the patient has subsequently

There are more to do the same with. For example, when the sentence starts with, "She still is," or, "She still has," or just "She still."

I just did my first 90 min day (won't do that again for a while - wrists just aren't that strong yet!) and there is nothing that will inspire more work on those shortcuts than feeling like you'll be typing for DAYS on that report
