Hi everyone.

I have a hotkey for deleting a voice file in Express Scribe (F9) and spellcheking the report. I would like to add a command to save the report after it is done spellchecking but I cannot seem to figure out how to do this. Can anyone help? I'm desperate! Here is the script I have so far:

#j::
WinWait, Program Manager, FolderView
IfWinNotActive, Program Manager, FolderView, WinActivate, Program Manager, FolderView
WinWaitActive, Program Manager, FolderView
Sleep,1000
Send, {F9}
WinWait, md-it – Edit transcriptionMT - Windows Internet Explorer, Address Combo Contro
IfWinNotActive, md-it – Edit transcriptionMT - Windows Internet Explorer, Address Combo Contro, WinActivate, md-it – Edit transcriptionMT - Windows Internet Explorer, Address Combo Contro
WinWaitActive, md-it – Edit transcriptionMT - Windows Internet Explorer, Address Combo Contro
Sleep, 1000
Send, {F7}
WinWait, Spelling and Grammar: English (U.S.),
IfWinNotActive, Spelling and Grammar: English (U.S.), , WinActivate, Spelling and Grammar: English (U.S.),
WinWaitActive, Spelling and Grammar: English (U.S.)

Thanks for any help you can provide!

Carol, can't you just add a save send key at the end?

I tried that Harrie and what happens it flashes the spellchecker in like a second and saves.....Somehow I need to put in a pause between the command for it to spellcheck and the save to give the spellchecker time to function

I see. Have you tried Sleep, 5000 then, before the save command?
