The macro, as posted, uses ADMISSION DIAGNOSIS, ADMiSSION DIAGNOSES, PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS, PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSES, DISCHARGE DIAGNOSIS, DISCHARGE DIAGNOSES, POSTOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS, and POSTOPERATIVE DIAGNOSES. You can easily change these without knowing VBA. The instructions are contained withiin the macro.
