Hi, Ava. If you are using MS Word, you could type your formatted table and then make it an AutoText entry. So that if you named it tab
you'd need only type tab and hit Enter, voila. Then if you wanted, you could make an entry in Shorthand which would be, in Text to Type, tab{@KEY Enter} and give it a shortcut. Of course, that would actually be no faster than using AutoText, but hitting Enter after a shortcut is awkward to remember for some folks, including me.
Another thing you could do is make your table and save it as a document; then follow the instructions in
