When I type a time stamp like 1:22.0 it comes out looking like this: 1: 22. 0. Does anyone have a glossary for IT that offers these? I would really appreciate it. It's beginning to really frustrate me. I used to use the auto hot key spacing script, but it interferes with Bayscribe's platform and I've had to stop using it. Any help would be greatly appreciated! happy.gif)

In lieu of a glossary, you can set up a command entry that goes back and inserts the colon and period. You just type 1220, then your short form. Your entry would look like:

{command}{Left}{Left}{Left}{Left}:{Right}{Right}.{End}_

Note the trailing underscore at the end that keeps IT from adding a space when you press your marker key.

Oh Cheryl, thank you from the bottom of my heart! I have a command for dates, I don't know why I didn't think of it myself, but thank you so much! wub.gif

You're very welcome. Every time you go back to edit something, think "command entry." grin.gif
