I thought I was doing so good by having ext = extremity, but now I am rethinking this. Ext seems like a good abbreviation for extensive. How do you decide what to do? The problem I am running into is that there are only so many letters.

How about extv for extensive?

This is pretty unconventional, but then so am I.

xtm=extreme
xtmy=extremely
xty=extremity
xtys=extremities
xtv=extensive
xtvy=extensively
xtl=external
xtly=externally
xpv=expensive

There are just soooo many ex words, but I made these because they are the ones I use over and over and it helps me keep them apart, very different I suppose, but it works for me.
