This is my system of shorts for the non-alphanumeric keys. Not all of the keys that shorts are shown for will be able to be entered directly as expansions; for many you will have to make macros with keyboard shortcuts and link that way. No one would use all of them all of the time, but when it's more convenient not to leave the home row, or when you need to input an awkward key combo, these are great.

My favorite is jj. I love doing fields in Word, but I hate that stretch to F11! It's true that F11 is one keystroke and jj; is three, but somehow it just seems to go faster when you don't break the rhythm to reach for the function row.
