I need a good abbreviation for 0.05%, such as 0.05% Marcaine plain or with epinephrine. Also how would you shortcut 0.045 K-wire and others like this. I use 1pl for 1% lidocaine, etc.

I'm not real creative when it comes to this stuff so I've stayed with the IT default of putting the letter 'n' infront of several of those digit/decimal/colon/word combos
n11epi = 1:100,000 epinephrine
n12epi = 1:200,000 epinephrine
n45k = 0.045 K-wire
n25mepi = 0.25% Marcaine with epinepherine
n5mepi = 0.5% Marcaine with epinepherine
