Full Version: Make use of strange singles if you have them!

This is just sort of something I've started to adopt lately; nothing too masterful about it, but I'll throw it out!

I like to have a lot of combinations for "that." And, I already have so many abbreviations starting with the letters "th."

But, I use j for that. It's my single for the word. And so, since it's well-stuck in my brain, it's easier for me to do things like:

jinc = that include
jincs = that includes
jrev = that reveal
jrevs = that reveals

Like I said, nothing too exciting, but maybe you use some odd singles and maybe this could help you add some phrases, too.

I would love to use that system, but I use j for joint. What do you use for the word "joint? confused.gif "

Hi, fanciful. How are you? Welcome!

I use "jo" for joint myself.
