Harrie,
I am happy to let you all know that a new release of Instant Text allows DocQscribe users to import DocQscribe lists directly with the new Importer. This new Importer now has a DocQscribe File and a Softmed File button. The hardest part seems to be to find the *.aco file on the computer
A revision will available on our website later. Those who don't have the new Importer yet and need a conversion, can, of course, always email their aco file to support@textware.com

Edit: 1/19/05 - On a related note, pcgirl65 (Tina) has just made an excellent post on how she finds and copies her DocQScribe reports to do an IT compilation procedure. Please see this post for her method. Thanks, Tina!
Edit: 7/14/05 - The revision is out now so that you can get those DocQscribe and Softmed Importer buttons - I see them now myself after applying the revision. So if you need that and haven't gotten the revision, it's here: Revision 530
